Our Story
New Viceroy began with a simple idea: bring the food we cook for our own families to the communities of South Wales. Every dish starts with whole spices ground fresh each morning, sauces built from scratch, and a clay tandoor that runs from opening to close.
Our head chef brings over twenty years of experience from kitchens in Dhaka and Cardiff, blending Bengali home cooking with the broader Indian repertoire our guests love.
